Emily Lundell grew up around the real estate industry and has become hyper-focused on doing what is best for each individual client. It shows. 
 
The best part of being a broker is making all the pieces fit together. Emily's well-established relationships with the best attorneys, lenders, contractors, and managers in the business help to get through all the ups and downs of a Manhattan transaction. Since each sale is different, she is always learning from all of her counterparts and clients alike. With that, she has built a diverse collection of experience in dealing with a wide range of clients and properties in the city. 
 
Another key component to being a savvy broker is to truly understand the numbers. With experience in appraising and a strong interest in market trends and forecasts, she can help buyers present the best offer without overpaying and can help sellers max out their price while being candid about the property's true value. 
 
Probably most important is the ability to keep a level head. A dedicated yoga and fitness enthusiast, Emily remains calm through the most stressful of challenges that are inevitably thrown her way in these transactions. An avid reader, traveler, Spanish speaker, and life as a mom to a young boy are her sources of joy and education on many levels. Understanding and listening to the mindset of each specific client help her to navigate through each deal with humor, kindness, and honesty.
